Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website or work with Renkflare. We’ve kept the language as plain as we can.
1.Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of renkflare.com and to any services provided by [Legal Business Name] (“Renkflare”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.
Where we’ve agreed a written proposal, quote, or service agreement with you, that document applies alongside these terms. If the two conflict, the signed agreement takes priority.
2.Our services
Renkflare provides web development, digital marketing, and e-commerce services, which may include WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify builds, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content and email marketing. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for your project are set out in the proposal or quote we agree with you.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and agreed separately before we begin it.
3.Quotes & payment
- Quotes are valid for [number] days from the date issued.
- Payment terms: [e.g. deposit amount/percentage, milestone schedule, or monthly billing date].
- Invoices are due within [number] days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments: [your late-fee or work-pause policy, if any].
- Refunds: [your refund policy].
- Advertising spend (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads budgets) is paid directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our fees, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
4.Your responsibilities
To deliver good work on time, we need your help. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, brand assets and account access when we ask for them.
- Give feedback and approvals in a reasonable timeframe. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, images, trademarks or other materials you give us.
- Comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business, products and advertising.
5.Third-party platforms
Our work often relies on platforms we don’t own or control, such as WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google, Meta and email or hosting providers. Those platforms set their own terms, pricing, policies and technical changes, and can suspend accounts or change how they work at any time. We aren’t responsible for outages, policy changes, ad account suspensions or other actions taken by third parties.
6.No guarantees
We use proven practices and report honestly on results, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, return on ad spend or follower numbers. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competitors, budget, offer and changes to search engine and platform algorithms.
7.Intellectual property
- Your materials. You keep ownership of the content, logos and brand assets you provide to us.
- Final deliverables. Ownership of the final work we create for you transfers to you [e.g. once all invoices are paid in full].
- Our tools. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, processes and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Portfolio. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Third-party items. Plugins, themes, fonts, stock media and similar items are governed by their own licences, which you’re responsible for keeping in place.
8.Confidentiality
We’ll treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your services. This doesn’t apply to information that is already public, that you’ve asked us to publish, or that we’re legally required to disclose.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renkflare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of business opportunity, arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to [e.g. the fees you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim in the preceding X months].
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can’t legally be excluded or limited.
10.Termination
Either of us may end an ongoing engagement by giving [number] days’ written notice, unless a signed agreement sets a different term. You’ll pay for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date. Either party may end the agreement immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and doesn’t fix the problem within a reasonable time after being told.
11.Using this website
You agree not to misuse our website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, scraping it in ways that disrupt it, or using it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site, including text, design and logos, belongs to Renkflare or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our website may link to third-party sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for. For how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any dispute that we can’t resolve informally will be handled by the courts of [jurisdiction/venue].
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms. Changes won’t alter the terms of a signed agreement unless we both agree in writing.
